And Now, A Deep Breath : #ROW80 R2/ #12WeekYear End of Week 10

Hi there, ROWers and friends!

In my midweek update, I mentioned that I’d been focused on catching up.

That trend continued through the week, and, though I still didn’t get to as much learning, blogging, yard and soultending as I’d prefer, I made very solid progress in other areas, and those will allow more space for the remaining areas as we move into the final weeks of the round.

I’m feeling better, as though what remains to be done isn’t insurmountable. It’s a matter of many small steps, many choices, and commitment…

And taking a deep breath here and there, so I can gather myself, assess where I am, and choose the best way forward.

Have you stopped to take some deep breaths lately?

How do you gather and assess?

  1. I try to stop and breathe for 3 mins every day. It helps me feeling more relaxed. Well most of the time at least…
Catching up helps seeing better I feel, as if the bigger picture became visible again once we made lots of baby steps that did not even feel like we were moving at all. And then, bam! We feel the difference and we see how much distance we’ve covered! I know it’s how it works, yet I still feel stressed during the baby step phase… uncanny…

Take a chance! Type something in this box, and see what happens! =D
