Presently Dabbling: March 9, 2016

So, we’re nearly a third of the way into March, and I feel like I’ve spent a lot of the month thus far juggling. I don’t know if I’m just suffering from the end of the winter, or hormonal stuff, or the aftereffects of my Accomplice’s recently ended vacation, a birthday party that turned into a sleepover and lots of extra running around, followed by my weekly write-in, and then that vaccination appointment for my daughter that I nearly forgot about….

OK, now that I see all that written out, I guess it’s not so surprising that I’ve been tired, sleeping restlessly and at odd times, and not really motivated to concentrate deeply or for extended periods.

Know what I mean? What do you do, when life gets busy, and writing takes a back seat to living? Does it make you feel out-of-sorts? Like nothing’s been accomplished on your goals?

I was feeling a bit like that, until I updated my progress here. That’s one of the secret weapon aspects of ROW80 for me – that I can see, at a glance, that I actually did make progress.

So thanks, ROW80, for letting me go with the flow and create as life allows…and continue moving closer to attaining my goals.

I am myself. I own my life, and live with three other people who own theirs. My intention is to do only those things that bring me joy, and to give myself wholly to those things I do. Writing has been my passion throughout my life, and this will become the home for my writing life...because it brings me great joy!

    1. I love the blue beard. And that guy who wears it so well. ❤

Thanks for stopping by, and appreciating that green. I'm working hard to add some pretty blue flowers of completion to that "lawn".

  1. Looks like a lot of green in there. I know what you mean. I often think I didn’t get much done, then I list out what I got done and realize it was more than I thought.

Hoping t have Stained by Ashes to you by the end of next week at the latest.

    1. Lots of green is always good. It’s a good feeling, to see the progress even when you can’t feel it in the moment, isn’t it?

The end of next week sounds like perfect timing. I should have a couple of things wrapped up by that point, and that will leave space to get started. =)

Take a chance! Type something in this box, and see what happens! =D
