Author:

I am myself. I own my life, and live with three other people who own theirs. My intention is to do only those things that bring me joy, and to give myself wholly to those things I do. Writing has been my passion throughout my life, and this will become the home for my writing life...because it brings me great joy!

  1. Woo-hoo vacation! Since we don’t homeschool, we never get to take proper spring vacations. Even if I did homeschool the girls, it wouldn’t change that. My son’s (college) spring break is two weeks before my husband’s (college) and the girls’ break is still a week later than that! It does annoy me. We haven’t been anywhere far off on a spring break since 2005! Our distance travels are always summer. Blech! lol

    1. I’ll confess that, long before we were parents, the scheduling freedom was one of the primary reasons we considered homeschooling. Where we live, summer is high tourist season, and my Accomplice is a chef, so summer trips are usually just me and the kids. Having him along, and going so far afield, will be a rare treat!

It does sound like your breaks are awkwardly arranged. I’ll enjoy some of that time away for you, and I plan on taking many many pictures! =)

Take a chance! Type something in this box, and see what happens! =D
